1. Controller and contact
The contact details may be used for voluntary communication about products, orders and consultations.
2. Technical operation
The server and infrastructure providers may process technical access logs, such as IP address, request time, browser information and error data, to provide security, availability and reliable operation.
3. Site choices and analytics
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits, traffic sources and interest in our products. Analytics loads only after you agree. You can use the site without agreeing to analytics.
The language choice and analytics consent choice are stored in browser localStorage. Your consent choice is valid for 180 days from the time you make it. After consent, Google Analytics may store _ga and _ga_* cookies containing pseudonymous identifiers. These cookies last up to 180 days from creation and are not automatically extended on each visit.
The site sends the page path without query parameters or fragments, the previous page address within this site or the external referring domain, and limited campaign source, medium and name labels. Custom events include language changes, catalog search-length and result-count buckets, category and product identifiers, and the type of contact link clicked. Search text, contact content and arbitrary URL parameters are not sent in these site-defined events. Campaign labels are intended only for non-personal campaign names.
Google Analytics also processes standard session and engagement events such as session_start, first_visit and user_engagement, and technical information about the browser, device type, session and approximate country.
4. Withdrawing consent
You can change your choice in Cookie settings. After refusal, the site blocks further analytics events, attempts to delete accessible first-party Google Analytics cookies and reloads the page after saving the refusal to stop the loaded analytics script. If your browser cannot save the choice, it applies to the current page. Withdrawal does not delete data already sent to Google; you can contact the controller about your data rights.
5. Third-party services
The Google Analytics service provider is Google Ireland Limited. Analytics data is processed in Google's systems and those of its approved subprocessors. Processing may also take place outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States, under Google's data processing terms and applicable safeguards for international data transfers.
Google Maps, WhatsApp and other external sites are separate third-party services with their own terms and privacy settings. Opening or embedding them may communicate with the relevant provider.
This configuration does not use Facebook Pixel, Google Signals, User-ID, uploads of user-provided contact details, ad-related storage or advertising personalization.
6. Retention and rights
Google Analytics user-level and event-level data is retained for 14 months. New user activity does not automatically restart that period. This setting does not limit standard reports containing aggregated data. Technical logs and correspondence are kept for as long as needed for their purpose and applicable requirements.
Data subjects may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, and may complain to the Latvian Data State Inspectorate. To exercise these rights, contact the controller using the details above.
